Acceptance of Terms

Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to and use of 16hbajee is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform. 2.1 Age Verification

2.2 Underage Accounts

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Accurate Information

Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or during scheduled maintenance windows may take longer than the standard processing timeframe. 16hbajee will notify you via live chat or email if a withdrawal is delayed for any reason.
4.3 Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account, or that a withdrawal has not been received within the stated processing window, you must contact 16hbajee support via live chat within 72 hours of the transaction date, providing your transaction reference number and a screenshot of the relevant mobile banking transaction record. 16hbajee will investigate and respond within 2 business days (BST, UTC+6).

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Eligible Games

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only confirmed and accepted once a bet confirmation reference number is issued by the 16hbajee platform. 6.2 Palpable Errors

Specific rules apply to match abandonment, reduced-overs formats, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, and player withdrawal from a match. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your 16hbajee account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. 8.2 Suspension by 16hbajee

8.4 Effect of Closure
